I was told by the front desk that the cost for a taxi to get to the airport was approximately $50. Then I was told by another member of the staff that it was around $65. I asked the staff to go ahead and book me the taxi and I ended up paying $80 to get to the airport one way. The hotel really needs to figure out a system with the taxi cab drivers regarding flat rates because $80 for Edmonton is unacceptable.

設施：比較陳舊，11月的埃德蒙頓已經很涼了，室內空調最高衹能開到26度，進房間的時候，室內溫度衹有18度，靠著空調烘整晚溫度都上不來，最重要的是，空調口在屋檐上方對著門口吹，下方就是空調外機，往外吹冷風……聲音震耳欲聾，像整晚都坐在飛機翅膀上一樣，噪音真的太大了 服務：前台服務還好吧，不算熱情也不算冷淡，由於太冷，要了兩次被子，第一次給的是類似床單的小毯子（算不上毯子，像枕巾的材質），冷的受不了又要了一次，還是拿的毯子，服務員説因為他們沒有多餘的被子…… 唯一覺得還可以的，就是有口熱乎早餐吃 出行：酒店在西邊，集中的酒店圈，離西茂很近，開車6分鐘吧

The hotel is in good location. Accessible to everything. the room was clean and its a big room. The staff was so professional and front desk manager gave us a free breakfast. I forgot her name. So nice of her. Will definitely comeback!

もしレンタカーで旅をしていたら文句のないホテルでした。エドモントン・モールから歩くと意外と距離がありましたが、車があるなら全く良いホテルです。アメニティがないのが気になりました。

Hotel was good but we did not get the what we paid for. We booked 2 queen bed and when we checked in they said that room is not available now you can get only king bed with sofa bed which was not comfortable for us. They said there is no other choice so we had to take it .
